Hypnotherapy is a way to relax and to change things on an unconscious level. It is perfect tool for your who has sleeping problems. I will teach you how to do self-hypnosis as well. 

It is a good tool to investigate for yourself about phobias or why anxious about a specific problem. Of course you also can use it to change behaviour like stop smoking and loose weight but from my perspective and experience it is perfect tool to undertand more about yourself. When we undertand more about ourself we can change. 


A session costs £80 but I have packages where you pay for four sessions and get seven sessions.
